THE SOUTH END NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, AVILLAGE, ALBANY COLLEGE OF PHARMACY AND HEALTH SCIENCES, LINCOLN PHARMACY, & OTHER SOUTH END GROUPS ARE BUILDING THIS LIST TO PROVIDE VACCINES TO THE MOST VULNERABLE WHO HAVE THE MOST DIFFICULTY GETTING VACCINES.

Leave a message with your name, phone numbers, address, and date of birth. A volunteer will call or text you to confirm you have been on the list or complete your information.
We are collecting names of people 65 and over.
People with underlying illnesses are also welcome to give their name and we will try to connect you with a vaccination clinic.
APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED WHEN VACCINE DOSES BECOME AVAILABLE
A volunteer will call or text you with an appointment – date, time, & location.
CLINICS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Vaccines will be administered by a trained health professional. After getting the shot, you will be asked to wait a few minutes to make sure there are no reactions.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the clinic.
At the site, you will be given an appointment for your second shot at the same location. You will be asked to confirm you can come back on that date.

Estamos recopilando nombres de personas mayores de 65 años. Las personas con enfermedades subyacentes también son bienvenidas a dar su nombre y trataremos de conectarlo con una clínica de vacunación.
SE PROGRAMARÁN CITAS CUANDO LA VACUNA ESTÁ DISPONIBLE.
Un voluntario le llamará o le enviará un mensaje de texto con una fecha, hora y lugar de la cita.
CLÍNICAS SON SÓLO CON CITA PREVIA.
<-Las vacunas serán administradas por un profesional de la salud capacitado. Después de recibir la inyección, se le pedirá que espere unos minutos para asegurarse de que no hay reacciones.
