BILINGUAL PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gather information from the caller to resolve the situation.
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution.
- Investigate and resolves complaints.
- Refer non-routine inquiries and complaints to senior level Call Center Representatives.
- Use a computer system to research inquiries and log customer calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- OT available
Requirements:
- Able to work part-time in between 8 am to 7 pm mon-Friday for a flexible training schedule for 3 weeks then immediately start on the floor after training with a part time flexible schedule as well M-F in-between 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- General computer skills
- Multi-tasking
- Excellent time management skills
- Employment offers will be contingent on successful drug testing and background investigation results.
- Bilingual preferred not a necessity ( Spanish )
Salary: $11.00 /hour
