What Constitutes an Emergency?

Emergencies are situations that pose an immediate threat to health, safety, or property. Examples include:

  • No Heat or Air Conditioning: Complete loss of heating during cold weather or air conditioning during hot weather.
  • Electrical Hazards: Exposed wires, power outages affecting essential services, or electrical sparks.
  • Gas Leaks: Any suspected gas leak should be reported, call 911 immediately before contacting the maintenance line.
  • Water Leaks/Flooding: Significant water leaks or flooding that cannot be contained.
  • Sewage Backups: Any sewage issues that pose health risks.
  • Fire: If you experience a fire, call 911 immediately before contacting the maintenance line.
  • Broken Locks or Doors: Issues with locks or doors that compromise your safety.

Please note non-emergency maintenance requests will be addressed during regular business hours.
