Join us for the new Resource Engagement Series, held weekly on Fridays in the Community Room at 200 S. Pearl Street! This initiative invites Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to connect with and support Albany residents by sharing resources, services, and valuable information. Please note, tabling opportunities will now be exclusively managed through this series, introducing a streamlined and structured process for agency engagement.

✅Bookings Page: Agencies interested in tabling must first complete the Pre-Approval Form (below). Upon submission and review, an AHA staff member will notify the agency of approval. Once approved, the agency will receive access to the Bookings Page to schedule tabling at their discretion.
✅Available Tables: 8 (first come, first serve) (if no tables are available, they have been booked) Select your “Table” by selecting “Staff” from the Drop-Down Menu on the Bookings Page. If a date is ‘greyed out’ there are no tables available, please pick another date. There are two “blocks” of time for each table, 9AM-12:30PM and 1PM-4:30PM on Fridays. If you would like to table the entire day, you must book both “blocks” of time (9AM and 1PM).
✅Requirements: Ensure you are ‘pre-approved’ to Book by emailing ResourceCenter@albanyhousing.org or calling 518-380-5600. If you are not pre-approved your booking will be cancelled. Once approved, an AHA staff member will share the Bookings Page with you.
✅Setup: Each table includes a desk and two chairs. Agencies must bring their own materials and tablecloth. Please be respectful of other agencies’ space.
📢Restrictions: Services must benefit AHA residents, be provided at no cost, and align with pre-approved offerings. Selling of items is strictly prohibited.
