Only the following titles are authorized to accept service of process for the Albany Housing Authority:
- Chair of the Board of Commissioners
- Vice-Chair of the Board of Commissioners
- Executive Director (ED)
- Deputy Director (DD)
- General Counsel as the ED or DD Designee
