Hope VI

New Construction Arbor Hill Phase III construction continues to provide a positive impact on the neighborhood with the completion of 54 beautifully designed apartments in 11 buildings, fully occupied and located on Lark, Swan, First, Second and Third Streets.

Currently under construction along the North Swan St. corridor are 23 additional apartment units in 7 buildings on schedule for occupancy by year's end that will include commercial space to inspire the local business community.

Also included in this phase of the project is the renovation of three existing buildings at 155 Clinton Ave., 59 and 41 North Swan St.
