A. Yes, some breeds of dogs are allowed for seniors and for those needing service animals due to documented medical needs. Dogs are not to exceed 30 pounds at time of maturity. All dogs must be spayed or neutered. Dog breeds including Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, and Pit Bulls, or combinations thereof, are not permitted.
